J-Bro126 Art Nouveau Belt Buckle c.1900

This marvelous two piece belt buckle is silver plate raised die-stamped design of of two flowers curving upward on each end of the buckle. The center has swirling vines and leaves with an applied hook and bars for a belt attachment. There are four amethyst faceted 8 mm glass stones across the center of the buckle, and after 100 + years of wear, the corner of one stone is chipped. The buckle measures 1-3/4 tall in the middle, 2-1/2 tall from the bottom center to the top of the side pieces x 3-1/2 inches wide. Fabulous find, wonderful collector piece.
