This heart brooch is signed Jay S for Jay Strongwater (which was changed from Jay Feinberg) in 1990. His jewelry was produced from 1982 until 1999. This brooch has emerald green enameling with dark grey pearls on the outer edge. Surrounding an oval black cabochon are diamante rhinestones. There is a bow on top with more brilliant stones.  The gold tone finish is in excellent condition with no wear to the back. This pretty brooch measures 1-1/2 x 2 1/2 inches tall, signed on the back.
