J-2432 Black and Copper Aventurine Brooch

Positively stunning in person, this gold tone brooch has tiers of rhinestones in a large teardrop shape. The edge of the brooch is lined with pierced gold tone filigree beads, next come jet black glass chatons alternating with gold tone rhinestones. The center art glass stone is black infused with copper aventurine that sparkles non stop. There is another of these fabulous molded glass teardrop stones dangling from the base of the brooch. This piece measures 1-5/8 x 2-3/4 inches long. Juliana used the filigree balls around the outer edge of this brooch extensively, however it looks very Austrian but is not signed.
