J-2734 Bohemian Garnet 900 Silver Demi Parure

Beautiful European 900 silver is the setting for this c.1900 Bohemian garnet necklace with matching pierced earrings. The garnets are a deep blood red, all present with no chipped stones. The garnets vary in size from 2 mm - 4 mm with the larger bezel set stone in the center of the cross 5 mm. The cross pendant measures 1-1/8 x 2-1/8 from the top of bail. The necklace is not quite as old but is a nice addition to the set. It is a gently turned sterling silver measuring 17-1/2 inches long with a spring ring closure. The back of the bail is marked 900, the necklace is marked 925. The lever back earrings measure 1/2 x 1-1/2 and are marked 900 on the ear wires. The silver has not been polished and this set is superb.
