J-2783 Stanley Hagler Ian St Gielar Jeweled Flower Brooch

Rich jewel tones cover this Stanley Hagler Ian St Gielar signed brooch. The Russian gold plate filigree setting has ruby red and peridot green seed beads covering the flower leaves. There are topaz, peridot, ruby and blue iridescent glass flowers with sparkling rhinestone head pins. A large topaz glass flower with red glass sea shell can also be seen. The brooch terminates with large dangling glass peridot and ruby beads. It measures 2-1/4 x 3-1/2 inches long, no wear to the beads or plating, signed on the back.
