J-2801 Chinese Silver Enamel Bird Brooch

Fine, wire worked spun silver marked 925 is the setting for this Chinese enamel brooch. The brooch depicts a mother bird in black and white enamel with a blue turquoise egg. Green and rust color flowers, a cobalt blue enamel branch and green enamel leaf complete the decoration. This brooch measures 1-3/8 x 2-1/16 inches wide, marked 925 on the back. It has not been polished and has a nice gold tone patina.
