Stunning is the only way to describe this costume or cocktail ring. The center has two aqua glass cabochons surrounded by pave set clear rhinestones. Blue and green enamel alternate with the clear stones on each side. The band is not adjustable and is a fixed size 6. Not signed, looks very much like a Jomaz.
