This is a large Juliana Delizza and Elster rhinestone brooch pendant. It has a large Light blue faceted open back rhinestones in the center surrounded by Light blue navettes  and aurora borealis rhinestones. All stones are present, prong set, and in excellent condition. The setting is a nice bright gold tone with kind vintage wear to the back. It has a metal loop on the back so it can also be worn as a pendant. This Brooch meaasures  2-1/4" x 2-1/2".  This pin has all the traits of Juliana Delizza and Elster, pooled solder, open back navettes. The mix of large art glass and rhinestones, and the pin back finding consistent with Juliana jewelry.
