~HOW TO ORDER~
To place an order:
You can simply click on the shopping cart icon found on every page.
If you are Paying by Paypal, payment is due the DAY OF PURCHASE
Or - you may e-mail us with the "Contact Us" link.
Tell us the item name and or number, and we will confirm that it is available and put it on hold for you. A purchase order still needs to be placed to reserve the item for you.
Items will be held for 5 days while awaiting payment. If payment is not received, the item will be returned to inventory. Items shown on this site are always subject to prior sale.
We value your privacy and do NOT share your name/email address with anyone else!
Sorry but we do not ship to Canada, Italy or Russia.
~PAYMENT OPTIONS~
**Domestic Orders Only** Checks, money orders and Paypal are always acceptable from anywhere in the United States.
Checks and/or money orders must clear before shipping, no exceptions, and are due within 5 days.
Paypal will insure your order ships immediately.
*International Customers*
If you have been a previous international customer, please contact us for ordering information. International sales are considered final.
Shipping cost is calculated according to weight and location as per the USPS guidelines. All items will be sent priority international mail, registered or signature confirmation required.
~LAYAWAY~
We do offer a lay away plan. A down payment of of 30% of the item purchase price will lay away any item(s) for you. We will make payment arrangements with you depending on the size of your order. Please contact us if you require more information.
~METHOD OF SHIPMENT~
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. This covers Priority Flat Rate shipping plus insurance. This should guarantee arrival within 3-4 days unless it is the holiday season. Please order early during the Christmas season so your gift will arrive on time.
Shipping prices are not negotiable.
All shipping is priority mail unless the item is too large ~ then it will be sent FedX.
Multiple items purchased at the same time will be packed and shipped together.
It is important to us that you receive your item in the same excellent condition in which it left us. Jewelry is well padded inside a gift box then packed in a priority mailing box.
~RETURN POLICY~
If there is a problem with your order, we ask that you e-mail us immediately upon receipt of the item. Our items are sent with delivery confirmation, priority mail so we know you have received them and when. Sales are considered complete 3 days after receipt of the item.
Returns must be authorized by the seller. Returns must be received within 3 days after authorization is granted for Domestic orders.
Returns will not be accepted for items past this time period.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a SHOP CREDIT only.
Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for return.
We do not sell items on consignment or on approval.
Please remember our items are VINTAGE, not new. If you are looking for a brand new mint condition piece, vintage is probably not for you.
If an item is altered in any way, it is not returnable. If you clean an item, replace stones, lengthen, shorten or resize any piece, polish silver items, perform ANY alterations at all ~ it is not refundable.
Stones may come out in shipping due to the age of our pieces and the handling by the post office. This is not a valid reason for return.
We will issue a store credit upon prompt return of the item in the same condition and type of packaging in which it was mailed to you, and by U.S. Postal Service insured Priority Mail.
Shipping and insuring the return of the package is the buyer's responsibility.
There is a 20% restocking fee (at sellers discretion) on all items that are returned .
