**Domestic Orders**
Checks, money orders and Paypal are always acceptable from anywhere in the United States.
If you have a Paypal account, you can use credit cards there.
Checks and/or money orders must clear before shipping.
**International orders **
We will need to send you an invoice with the correct amount after shipping has been added. Please let us know the items you are interested in.
International money orders are acceptable in U.S. funds only. Funds transferred by Western Union or MoneyGram are acceptable.
Due to Paypal's current policies on foreign orders, we are no longer accepting International Paypal unless you have a confirmed address or unless you are an established customer.
All orders are shipped priority with insurance and tracking numbers so we can be sure your package arrives.
We insure with U-PIC for domestic and international orders.
~LAYAWAY~
We have flexible layaway plans. A down payment of of 30% of the item purchase price will layaway any item(s) for you. We will make payment arrangements with you depending on the size of your order. Please contact us if you require more information.
~METHOD OF SHIPMENT~
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. This will usually assure arrival within 3-4 days unless it is the holiday season. Please order early during the Christmas season so your gift will arrive on time.
Canadian shipping is $8.00 first class or $22.00 priority.
International shipping is $22.00 flat rate, priority mail. Every effort will be made to protect items sent internationally.
Shipping prices are not negotiable.
Multiple items purchased at the same time will be packed and shipped together.
It is important to us that you receive your item in the same excellent condition in which it left us. Jewelry is well padded inside a gift box then packed in a priority mailing box.
~RETURN POLICY~
Every item is guaranteed to your satisfaction. In the event that your expectations are not met, we ask that you e-mail us immediately upon receipt of the item.
Returns must be received within 3 days on Domestic orders, 10 days on international orders.
We will refund your payment upon prompt return of the item in the same condition and type of packaging in which it was mailed to you, and by U.S. Postal Service insured Priority Mail.
Shipping and insuring the return of the package is the buyer's responsibility.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all items that are retuned unless we have misrepresented a piece in our descriptions. There will be no exceptions.
